| 摘 要： | 应用ＣＥ化疗方案治疗进展期胃癌４０例，随机分为两组，治疗组应用内镜下瘤体注射卡铂５００毫克，对照组静脉滴注卡铂５００毫克，另外，两组均用足叶乙甙，剂量方法相同，间隔３周重复一次。治疗组有效率为７０％，对照组为３５％，两组之间有显著性差异。 |

| Abstract: | It was reported that 40 patients with advanced stomach cancer were treated with car-boplatin and etoposide.They were divided into two groups with no signifcant differences between them.The first group(20 cases)were freated with endoscopy by injecting carboplatin(500 mg)in tumouyderectly. The secendy groug(20 cases)were treated with carboplatin(500 mg ) by vein drop. The twogroups were treated with etoposide of same dose. After three weeks ,the treatment wes repeated again.The result showed that the efficient rate was 70%(14/20)in the first group and 35%(7/20)in the se-cendy group.Satatislically,with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05)and less sideeffect in the first group. |
