| 摘 要： | 对当前卫生管理学中的基本范式———科层制范式、微观经济学范式和生物医学范式以及尚未对卫生管理做出应有贡献的社会学范式做了概括性梳理 ,并对各范式用于卫生管理过程中的局限性做了分析 ,以期对当前的卫生管理研究和实际应用有所帮助。

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes on the basic paradigms of health management, concerning hierarchic paradigm, microeconomic paradigm, biomedical paradigm and sociological paradigm that has not contributed to health management. An analysis on the limitation of different paradigms is also given. |
