综合医院不同专科护士化疗防护现状分析与干预的探讨

目的了解在抗肿瘤化疗药物治疗过程中，不同专科的护士化疗防护现状，并探讨干预的初步效果。方法采用自行设计的防护意识认知调查表，对64名肿瘤科和非肿瘤科二组护士进行问卷调查和现场评估，并对化疗防护进行初步干预。结果肿瘤科与非肿瘤科护士在化疗防护设备、防护知识认知和具体操作水平方面均存在显著差异（P〈0．01），表明抗肿瘤化疗药物因防护不善，对某些专科护士已构成潜在的职业危害。结论通过采取建立防护制度、开展职业安全教育和多学科协作等干预措施后，防护情况已得到较明显的改善，体现了“以人为本”的服务理念。

Inquisition into Chemotherapy Protection Condition for Different Specialized Nurses in General Hospial and Study on the Interference Countermeasures

Objective Inquire into chemotherapy protection condition for different specialized nurses in general hospital. Study on the effect of interference countermeasures.Methods Put the self-designed chenotherapy protection awareness questionnaire into use to inquire 64 nurses who are divided into oncology specialized group and non-oncology specialized group. And perform initial interference countermeasures.Results There are obvious difference(P<0.01) between oncology specialized nurses and non-oncology specialized nurses on aspects of chemotherapy protection instruments, protection awareness and operation techniques. It is showed that the non-well arranged chemotherapy protection has fomed potential harm for some specialized nurses.Conclusions After adopting necessary interference measures which include professional safety education, setting up protection reles and multi-specialized departments co-operation, the protection conditions have improved greatly.
