丹红注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床疗效分析

目的 研究常规治疗基础上加用丹红注射液对于不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效.方法 将我院收治的114例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组各57例,对照组给予常规治疗,包括卧床休息、吸氧、持续心电监护等一般治疗,抗缺血治疗及抗血小板、抗凝、降脂、控制血压等治疗；观察组患者在此基础上加用丹红注射液治疗.所有患者均接受1个疗程治疗.结果 (1)心绞痛疗效比较:观察组患者总有效率(96.5％)与对照组(73.7％)比较,差异具有显著性(P＜ 0.01)；(2)心率、收缩压及心肌耗氧量比较:与治疗前比较,两组患者收缩压均无显著变化(P＞ 0.05),心率和心肌耗氧量均显著降低(P＜0.05)；治疗后两组间比较,观察组患者心率和心肌耗氧量均显著低于对照组(P＜ 0.05).结论 丹红注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效确切,且能控制患者心率在正常范围,降低心肌耗氧量,值得临床推广应用.

The clinical efficacy of Danhong injections for unstable angina

Objective To explore the efficacy of Danhonginjections for unstable angina （ UA ） in addition to conventional treatment. Methods 114 patients with UA were randomly divided into study group and control group, 57 for each group. The control group received conventional treatment, while the study group received Danhonginjections in addition to conventional therapies. All the patients were treated for one course （ 7 days/course ）. Results The overall response rate was significantly higher in the study group than in the control group （ 96.5% vs. 73.7%, P〈 0.01 ）; Systolic blood pressure did not change significantly in the two groups after treatment （ P 〉 0.05 ）, while heart rate （ HR ） and myocardial oxygen consumption （ MOC ） were significantly lower as compared with the baselines （ P〈 0.05 ）, HR and MOC were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conelusiorm Danhong injections for treatment of unstable angina is efficacious. It can control heart rate within the normal range and lower myocardial oxygen consumption and is worth popularizing clinically.
