近年来子宫内膜异位症发病率逐年上升 ,在传统的 3种学说基础上 ,内异症患者腹腔内微环境免疫功能的变化逐渐成为研究焦点。内异症患者腹腔液的病理生理特性及异位病灶分泌的细胞因子活性 ,与该病的发生、发展密切相关 ,并且干扰生殖过程的某些环节。该文就子宫内膜异位症患者腹腔液细胞因子的变化及其对该病的发生、发展所起的作用作以综述

A study on cytokines in peritoneal fluid of patients with endometriosis

For recent years, the incidence of endometriosis rose up year by year and a study on changes in immunofunction in the microenvironment of patients' abdominal cavity become a hotpoint on the basis of three traditional theories. The pathophysiological features of peritoneal fluid of patients with endometriosis and activity of cytokines secreted in endometriotic implants are associated with occurrence, development and progression of endometriosis and also interfere with certain steps of human reproduction. This article reviewed role of cytokines in peritoneal fluid in pathogenesis of endometriosis.
