摘    要:
目的:观察黄芪对冠心病心绞痛病人血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化脂质(LPO)的作用。方法:应用黄芪治疗48例冠心病心绞痛病人,用药前后观察病人的临床症状、心电图、心功能和血清中的SOD与LPO的含量变化,并分别与硝苯地平(心痛定)和臾做对照分析。结果:黄芪组用药后临床症状缓解,并能改善心电图和左心功能,血清中SOD和LPO的含量分别增高和显著降低,而两对照组用药前后则无明显变化,此结果表明黄芪具有提高SOD的活性和降低血中LPO含量的作用。结论:黄芪确有清除氧自由基、扩张血管和改善心功能的作用,是治疗冠心病心绞痛的有效中药。

Abstract:
Objective:To observe the role of Astragalus membranaceus (AM)on superoxide dimutase(SOD)and lipid peroxide(LPO)in angina pectoris caused by coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods:AM was used to treat 48 patients with angina pectoris caused by CHD ,to be compared with patients treated by Nifedipine and the healthy controls. Results:After treatment with AM ,the patients were markedly relieved from angina pectoris. The improvement of electrocardiogram (ECG) and left heart function were observed.serum SOD contents increased and serum LPO level markedly decreased in the AM group;while no obvious changes of SOD and LPO were observed in both control groups.Conclusion:It is suggested that AM is a effective medicinal herb.With the effects of clearing oxygen free radicals,vasodilation,improving myocardial blood supply and left heart function.
