| 摘 要： | 现代医学研究表明,滋阴和清热类中药在维护血管内环境健康中起着重要的作用,可以改善和调节血管内环境紊乱时的氧化应激、炎症损伤、血液高凝状态等;从中医理论分析,滋阴和清热类中药药性寒凉,性属阴,可以抑制体内阳热(氧化应激、炎症、凝血、血管收缩物质,归为阳)的过盛,维护机体阴阳协调平衡。 |

| Abstract: | Modern medical study has indicated that herbs for nourishing yin and clearing heat play an important role in vascular homeostasis including regulating oxidative stress, anti-inflammation, and improving blood hypercoagulabale status. In traditional Chinese medicine, herbs for nourishing yin and clearing heat all belong to yin category with cold-nature, thus, may serve as the reason of inhibition of yang-hyperactivity such as oxidative stress, inflammation, blood clotting and vasoconstriction. |
