| 摘 要： | 应用全胃切除术后改良Longmire吻合术治疗36例胃癌患者。吻合口瘘、返流性食管炎和无胃综合征明显降低,患者精神、营养状况良好,均能从事家务和恢复部分体力劳动,生活质量明显提高。说明全胃切除术后采用改良Longmire吻合能有效预防食管空肠吻合口瘘、返流性食管炎和“无胃综合征”发生,且手术操作简单易行,是全胃切除后消化道重建良好的方法。

| Abstract: | Thirty-six patients with carcinoma ventriculi were treated by the modified Longmore anastomosis. Fistula in opening of anastomosis, esophgistis and agastric syndrom are deceased obviously. the patients are full of vigour and nutrient. they are able to do house work and physical labor partly. their living qulity has been improved greatly. It shows that the modified longmire anastomosis can prevent fistula esophgistis and agastric syndrom. The operation is a fine method for remade alimentary canal after gastrectomy |
