脑卒中患者强化心理治疗的康复研究

目的：探讨强化心理治疗对脑卒中患者情感障碍康复的影响。方法：将84例脑卒中患者随机分为干预组41例和对照组43例，干预组给予为期9个月的强化心理治疗，对照组则给予3次心理教育，采用汉密顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、脑卒中神经功能缺损评分表（CSS）和护士用住院患者观察量表（NOSIE-30）随访1年后进行疗效评定。结果：两组HAMD评分、CSS评分治疗前差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；随访1年后干预组均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：强化心理治疗作为药物治疗的辅助措施能显著增加患者的康复机会，疗效也更持久和稳定，值得推广。

Rehabilitation study of strengthening psycholothepy to patients with cerebral stroke

Objective: To explore the effects of affective disorder rehabilitation of strengthening psycholothepy to patients with cerebral stroke. Methods: 84 cases with cerebral stroke were randomly divided into two groups: intervention group (41 cases) and control group (43 cases). To give strengthening psycholothepy to intervention group persisting for nine months, meanwhile, to give psychological education for three times. Then the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), Chinese stroke scale(CSS), nurses observation scale for in-patient evaluation(NOSIE-30) and to heal efficacy after following examination one year. Results: Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), Chinese stroke scale (CSS) were no significant difference between the groups before curing (P>0.05). but Hamil ton Depression Scale (HAMD), Chinese stroke scale(CSS) of intervention group is lower significantly than control group after following examination one year(P<0.01). Conclusion: Strengthening psycholothepy as an assistant measure of drug therapy, they could obviously increase patents rehabilitation chance and heal efficacy, it is lasting and stable which is worth popularizing.
