摘    要:目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)在诊断川崎病(KD)并冠状动脉损伤(CALs)中的作用。方法选择门诊随访的KD并CALs患儿15例,采用MSCT和二维超声心动图(TDE)检查冠状动脉,并分析二者结果。结果MSCT诊断CALs阳性率与TDE比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。MSCT和TDE呈显著正相关性(r=0.975P<0.01)。结论MSCT可清晰显示冠状动脉近端及远端病变情况,精确测量和了解冠状动脉扩张程度、钙化部位,对评价KD患儿并CALs治疗疗效的随访有主要意义。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the role of multislice spiral computed tomography(MSCT) on diagnosis of Kawasaki disease (KD)with coronary artery lesions. Methods Fifteen patients with coronary artery lesions due to KD in the follow- up were selected. MSCT and two dimensional echocardiography(TDE) were performed within several days. The results between them were compared Results MSCT on the diagnosis of coronary artery lesions was more positive and accuracy than TDE(P<0. 05). MSCT and TDE had a direct correlation( r = 0.975 P<0.01). Conclusions MSCT may provide clear visualization of coronary artery proximal lesions and its distant lesions. It can exactly measure the ectasia degree and the location of coronary calcification. It may prove to be of great value as a follow - up study in KU for children with coronary artery lesions
