跌打镇痛贴膏提取工艺研究

目的优选跌打镇痛贴膏的提取工艺。方法采用正交设计法,测定挥发油、大黄素和绿原酸含量。结果挥发油提取时,加水量、蒸馏时间两因素均对挥发油含量有显著性影响;乙醇回流提取时,乙醇用量对大黄素含量有显著性影响,乙醇浓度和提取次数对绿原酸含量有显著性影响。结论该方最佳提取工艺为,将挥发性药材先用8倍量水浸泡6h,以水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油8h,其药渣与其余药材一起用10倍量65%乙醇回流提取3次,每次1h。

Study on Extraction Process of Dieda Analgesic Emplastrum

Objective To optimize the extraction process of Dieda Analgesic Emplastrum.Methods The procedures were evaluated for the content of the volatile oi1,emodin,chlorogenic acid and optimized by orthogonal design.Results When volatile oi1 was extracted,two factors of the amount of adding water and the distillating time had significant influence on the content of volatile oil.When the medical materials were subjected to reflux extraction with ethanol,the concentration of ethanol and the times of extraction had significant influence on the content of the chlorogenic acid,and the amount of ethanol had significant influence on the content of emodin.Conclusion The optimum process is that volatile oil is distillated for 8 h after volatile medical materials are macerated for 6 h with 8 times amount of water.Their remains mixed with other medical material powders are subjected to reflux extraction for 3 times with 65%ethanol,each extraction lasting 1 h.
