云南省某综合医院2型糖尿病患者不同治疗方案的卫生经济学评价研究

目的 比较分析2型糖尿病的两种治疗方案的疾病成本、临床疗效和患者的生活质量,为2型糖尿病治疗方案的选择提供科学依据.方法 疾病成本的测量采用自行设计的问卷;临床疗效的评价指标是FBG、PBG 2 h和HbAlc;生命质量采用“2型糖尿病人生活质量评定量表”进行评价,测量质量调整生命年（QALYs）.结果 常规治疗方案的疾病成本是强化治疗的1.56倍;两种治疗方案的PBG 2 h和HbAlc在治疗后有明显改善（P＜0.05）,这两个指标取得单位效果所需成本强化治疗方案低于常规治疗方案.结论 2种治疗方案的生命质量无明显差异,综合考虑疾病成本和临床疗效,强化治疗方案优于常规治疗方案。

Health Economics Evaluation on Different Treatments for Patients with Type 2 Diabetes in A General Hospital in Yunnan Province

Objective This study aimed to compare and analyze the cost of illness, clinical efficacy, and quality of life of two treatment options for patients with type 2 diabetes, in order to provide a scientific basis for selecting the treatment plan for type 2 diabetes. Methods The cost of illness was measured by self-designed questionnaire. The FBG, PBG2h and HbAlc were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy. The quality of life was evaluated using ＂quality of life of people with type 2 diabetes Rating Scale＂ to measure quality-adjusted life years （QALYs） Results The cost of illness of the conventional regimen was 1.56 times more than that of intensive treatment. In the two treatment regimens, PBG2h and HbAlc were significantly improved after treatment （P 〈 0.05） , and the unit cost for the desired effect of intensive treatment was lower than that of the conventional treatment.
