| Abstract: | Continuing education is the most direct way to accept new knowledge and new technology for nursing staff. This paper introduced the teachers management and course of continuing education in England, analyzed the problems and proposed the inspirations of nursing continuing education in our country and thus helped us to find an effective method of nursing continuing education. |
