| 摘 要： | 对１５６８例非淋菌性尿道炎（ＮＧＵ）用衣原体抗原快速免疫测定法检测分泌物中沙眼衣原体（ＣＴ）；用选择培养法检测分泌物中解脲支原体（ＵＵ）和人型支原体（ＭＨ）。结果ＣＴ阳性４０５例（２５．８％）；ＵＵ阳性３８４例（２４．５％）；ＭＨ阳性２０１例（１２．８％）。健康对照组１１５例检出ＣＴ２例（１．７％）；ＵＵ３例（２．６％）；ＭＨ１例（０．９％）。两组之间有非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。同时发现ＣＴ和ＵＵ；ＵＵ和ＭＨ，ＣＴ和ＭＨ，ＣＴ和ＵＵ及ＭＨ混合感染占有一定比例，分别为６．６％，１．６％，０．６％和０．４％

| Abstract: | patients with NGU were studied CT, UU and MH were deteited in urethral samples by c-c rapid assay and selective cultural mediums, respectively. The positive rates in the patient group was 25.8% (405) for CT, 24. 5% (384) for UU and 12. 8% (201) for MH, but only 1. 7% (2) for CT, 2. 6% (3) for UU and 0.9% (1) for MH in the control group. It showed marked statistical difference (P<0. 01) between two groups. Certain proportion of mixed infections with CT, UU or MH were odserved,too. |
