MRI 与 CT 在直肠癌术前评估的应用价值

目的：探究 MRI 与 CT 在直肠癌术前评估的应用价值。方法：选取该院自2013年5月至2015年9月收治的直肠癌患者65例，分为 CT 组（32例）和 MRI 组（33例），分析在不同的分期中 CT 及 MRI 的应用价值。结果：CT 的影像学资料中，总体准确度达72％（23／32）。MRI 的影像学资料中，总体准确度达85％（28／33）。T 分期中 T1、T2、T3三个分期 MRI 的诊断预测值较 CT 高，差异明显（P ＜0．05）。结论：MRI 与 CT 相比准确度及敏感度更高，基于实际临床治疗，二种成像方式可结合实际临床使用。

The Application Value of MRI and CT in Preoperative Evaluation of Rectal Cancer

Objective:To explore the application value of CT and CT in the preoperative evaluation of rectal cancer.Methods:To choose 65 cases of rectal cancer patients admitted to our hospital from May 201 3 to December 201 5,and divide them into CT group and MRI group,analyze the application value of CT and MRT in different periods.Results:The overall accuracy of MRI and CT image data was 72% (23 /32).The overall MRI image data was 85 %(28 /33).In T pe-riod,T1 ,T2 and T3 were higher than diagnosis of CT and the difference was obvious (P <0.05).Conclusions:The accuracy and sensitivity of MRI are higher than that of CT.Based on the actual clinical treatment,both MRI and CT can be used in combination with clinical use.
