| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨儿童肺朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症（LCH）的临床表现、病理特点、治疗和预后。方法：回顾性分析1例儿童肺朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症并复习相关文献。结果：该例患者为男性，14岁，临床受累脏器为肺，免疫组化 CD1 a、S －100、Langerin 均阳性，经手术治疗后病情缓解，目前随访中。结论：儿童肺 LCH 少见，临床表现不特异，易误诊、漏诊。 |

Children Langerhans cell histiocytosis:A report of 1 case and literature |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the children manifestations,pathologic characteristics,treatment and prognosis of Langerhans cell histiocytosis(LCH) .Methods:a child LCH patient was retrospectively and analyzed with related literature reviewed.Results:The patient is male at the age of 1 4 years with his lung involved.Immunohistochemistry was positive for CD1 a、S -1 00 and Langerin.After operation the patient achieved remission and needed further observation.Conclusions:Children LCH is a rare disease with no specific clinical manifestations.It is easy to be misdiagnosed and missed. |
