妈富隆治疗功能性子宫出血临床观察

目的：对功能性子宫出血患者采用妈富隆治疗的临床效果进行探究。方法：根据患者采用的治疗方法，选取45例采用乙烯雌酚进行治疗的患者为对照组，选取45例采用妈富隆治疗的患者为治疗组，将两组患者的临床治疗效果进行对比。结果：对照组和观察组的治疗总有效率分别为80％、95．6％，两组患者治疗总有效率具有显著差异（χ2＝5．07，P ＜0．05）；且对照组患者完全止血时间和控制出血时间均长于治疗组（P ＜0．05）。结论：采用妈富隆治疗功能性子宫出血，不仅可以及时控制患者出血情况，而且临床治疗效果显著，值得广泛应用在临床治疗当中。

Clinical observation of Marvelon on dysfunctional uterine bleeding

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Marvelon in the treatment of patients with functional uterine bleeding.Methods:45 cases of patients treated by diethylstilbestrol as control group.45 patients treated with Marvelon as the treatment group,and compare the clinical curative effect of the two groups.Results:the total effective rate of the control group and the observation group were 80%,95.6%,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05) .Conclusions:using Marvelon in the treatment of functional uterine bleeding,which can timely control patients with hemorrhage and the clinical curative effect is remarkable,it is worth widely used in clinical treatment.
