乳腺癌手术并发症的预防及治疗

目的探讨乳腺癌手术并发症的发生原因,预防及治疗措施。方法回顾分析了我院乳腺癌手术患者138例,发生并发症55例。结果 138例乳腺癌手术患者并发腋静脉损伤2例（1.4%）,皮瓣坏死19例（13.8%）,皮下积液17例（12.3%）。患侧上肢水肿8例（5.8%）,上肢活动受限9例（6.5%）。结论乳腺癌手术并发症的发生与手术操作、术后腋窝的加压包扎及引流有关。术中仔细操作、术后精心护理、完善每一个细节,才能使术后并发症的发生率降低。

Prevention and Treatment of Operative Complications of Breast Cancer

Objective To investigate the complication reasons during operative complications of breast cancer and summary the measures of prevention and treatment. Methods Retrospective analysis of the 55 patients with complications among 138 cases of operative complications of breast cancer. Results Axillary vein was injuried in two cases（ 1. 4% ） ,19 cases with skin necrosis（ 13. 8% ） ,17 cases with skin subcutaneous occumulated fluid（ 12. 3% ） . Upper limb of 8 cases were edema（ 5. 8% ） ,lifting of upper limb of 9 case were arrested （ 6. 5%） . Conclusion The complications of surgical treatment of breast cancer are relate to the course of operation,pressure bandaging in axilla and drainage after operation. With careful operation,serious nursing and perfect details,the incidence of operative comp lications can be reduced.
