腓肠神经痛诊治及其解剖学基础

目的介绍腓肠神经痛的诊断与治疗方法及其解剖学基础。方法收集在软组织门诊中按病情以局部解剖学知识分析诊断为腓肠神经痛的患者52例，采用强的松龙25mg加2％利多卡因5mL加5mL生理盐水，用长针局部注射的方法，注射神经穿出小腿后面深筋膜处。观察即时及后续效果，证实诊断无误。结果所有病例皆在注射后5-10min止痛，37例1周后痊愈。结论对于确诊为腓肠神经痛的病例，强的松龙局部注射不失为首选的治疗方法。

Diagnosis and treatment of sural neuralgia and its anatomical basis

Objective To introduce the anatomical basis for diagnosing and treating sural never neuralgia. Methods Totally 52 patients with soft tissue disease in our outpatient department were diagnosed as sural neuralgia based on the knowledge of regional anatomy. All were treated with local injection of prednisolone plus regional anesthetics to the deep fascia where the nerve is passing through. The immedi- ate and after effects were observed to ensure that no mistake was made in the diagnosis. Results The pain was abolished 5 to 10 minutes af- ter the injection in all cases. Thirty-seven cases recovered one week later while the others recovered after the second or third injection. Conclusion Treating diagnosed sural neuralgia with local injection of prednisolone could be regarded as the best therapy.
