膀胱癌的荧光细胞学检查

膀胱癌是泌尿生殖系统最常见的肿瘤,复发率高是其重要特点,因此需要长期随访。目前诊断及随访的主要手段为膀胱镜检查和尿脱落细胞检查,但其均有不足。荧光细胞学检查以其灵敏度高、客观性强、无创等优点逐渐受到重视。笔者就荧光细胞学诊断膀胱癌的原理、技术方法、效果和发展前景等进行综述。

Fluorescence Cytology of Bladder Cancer

Bladder cancer is the most common form of malignant diseases in genitourinary system in China.It＇s long term,even lifelong surveillance is needed due to the high recurrence rate.Cystoscopy and cytology are the cornerstones for detection and follow-up of bladder cancer.Although considered to be the current gold standard,they have some limitations respectively.Fluorescence cytology has come into our sight with its advantages of sensitivity,objectivity and trauma-free.Its principle,basic techniques,diagnostic effect and perspective will be discussed in this review.
