| 摘 要： | 目的探讨三氧对会阴切口愈合的影响。方法对2008年4月～2009年3月在武警总医院产科住院分娩行会阴切开术的初产妇998例，按照分娩先后顺序随机分为两组，每组各499例，观察组用浓度为5mg/L三氧化水500ml行外阴冲洗；对照组用0．05％碘伏液500ml行外阴冲洗。结果用三氧液冲洗会阴组的会阴的不良愈合率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论三氧能更有效地促进会阴切口愈合。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of ozonetherapy to perineum incision. Methods A total of 998 primiparas who were admitted between April 2008 and March 2009 were randomly divided into two groups, observation group and control group, with 499 in each group based on sequence. The observation group was given 5 mg/L Ozonetherapy to rinse vulva while the control group was given 0.05% iodine solution to rinse vulva. Results Malhealing was less to happen in the observation group than that in the control group. Conclusion Using Ozonetherapy to rinse vulva is considered being effective to help the wound heal. |
