Abstract:Objective:To compare the effect of continuous low efficiency and slow hemodialysis and ordinary hemodialysis in end-stage diabetic nephropathy.Methods:From January 2017 to February 2020,160 patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy were selected for exploration and analysis,and were divided into two groups by random number table method,namely the control group(n=80)and the observation group(n=80),the control group was treated with ordinary hemodialysis,and the observation group was treated with continuous low-efficiency slow hemodialysis.Results:The decrease rate of serum solutes in PO4,BUN,β2-MG and ALB in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications such as hypertension,internal fistula occlusion,and cardiovascular disease was significantly lower in the observation group(P<0.05).The group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FINS,FBG and Homa-IR in both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:End-stage diabetic nephropathy using continuous low-efficiency and slow hemodialysis is better than ordinary hemodialysis and improves the rate of serum solute decline.
