益气活血通络方治疗急性脑梗死临床观察

目的 研究益气活血通络方对急性脑梗死患者血液动力学及血清S100-β、VEGF的影响。方法 选取沈阳市第二中医医院中风病房2018年6月—2019年11月的急性脑梗死患者86例，按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，各43例。对照组患者给予注射用尿激酶、普伐他汀钠片以及阿司匹林肠溶片治疗，观察组则联合益气活血通络方治疗，2组患者均治疗14 d。比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、血液流动力学及血清S100-β、VEGF水平。结果 与治疗前相比，治疗后2组患者半身不遂、肢体麻木、口眼歪斜中医证候积分、RI、PI及血清S100-β水平均降低，且观察组低于对照组；与治疗前相比，治疗后2组患者Vs、Vm及血清VEGF水平均上升，且观察组高于对照组（均P <0.05）。结论 益气活血通络方可有效减轻患者临床症状，改善患者血液流动力学指标，降低患者血清S100-β蛋白的表达，提升患者血清VEGF水平，值得临床推广。

Clinical Observation on Invigorating Qi and Activating Blood for Dredging Collaterals Recipe in Treatment Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To study the effect of invigorating qi and activating blood for dredging collaterals recipe on hemodynamics and serum S100-β,VEGF in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 86 patients with acute cerebral infarction from June 2018 to November 2019 in the stroke ward of Shenyang Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 43 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with urokinase,pravastatin and aspirin enteric-coated tablets,while the observation group was treated with invigorating qi and activating blood for dredging collaterals recipe.Both groups were treated for 14 days.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,blood flow mechanics,serum S100-βand VEGF levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Compared with before treatment,hemiplegia,limb numbness,mouth and eye deviation TCM syndrome score,RI,PI and serum S100-βlevels of the two groups decreased after treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group.After treatment,the levels of VS,VM,VEGF in the two groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(All P<0.05).Conclusion Invigorating qi and activating blood for dredging collaterals recipe can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms,improve the hemodynamic indexes of patients,reduce the expression of S100-βprotein in serum,and improve the level of VEGF in patients’serum,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
