| Abstract: | Establishing reasonable medical service items pricing mechanism is the emphasis direction of public hospital high-quality development in China.In this paper,through summarizing present situation of medical service pricing mechanism and policy in our country,analyzing key problems,combining with the developed countries,Chinese practice and scholars thinking,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions that always persist scientific formulation and standard implementation of“gold standard”,promote security of price adjustment and medical insurance payment policy,improve price management ability of public hospital,calculate medical cost by big data,strengthening price supervision. |
