摘    要:目的 评价CP联合PBL教学方法在心病诊疗中心住院医师规培教学中的应用效果。方法 选取长春中医药大学附属医院2018年10月—2019年10月在心病诊疗中心进行2个月范化培训的72名医师为研究对象,按照不同的教学方式,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组36名。对照组采用传统临床带教模式,观察组采用CP联合PBL教学模式,对比分析2种模式的教学效果。结果 观察组的成绩优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 CP联合PBL教学法能够使培训医师全面地掌握本科室的理论知识,培养其自主学习能力。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of CP combined with PBL in the training of residents in the heart disease center.Methods From October 2018 to October 2019,72 doctors from Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese medicine were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group according to different teaching methods,with 36 in each group.The traditional clinical teaching mode was used in the control group,and the CP combined with PBL teaching mode was used in the observation group.Results the performance of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Results The results of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion CP combined with PBL teaching method can enable the training physicians to fully grasp the theoretical knowledge of the undergraduate room and cultivate their independent learning ability.
