| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of non-invasive CPAP ventilator combined with alveolar surfactant in neonatal hyaline membrane disease.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2020,we will treat 20 cases of neonates with hyaline membrane,were divided into control group(n=10)and observation group(n=10),both groups were treated with pulmonary surfactant,then the control group was treated with invasive ventilation,and the observation group was treated with non-invasive CPAP.The oxygen therapy time and blood gas indexes(pH,PaO2,PaCO2)were compared between the two groups.Results:Comparison of pH,PaO2,PaCO2 between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Non-invasive CPAP ventilator is used to treat neonates with hyaline membrane disease,it also improves blood gas,reduce oxygen therapy time,and non-invasive,the effect of treatment has improved significantly. |
