| 摘 要： | 目的观察参麦、痰热清注射液联合治疗肺心痛的临床疗效。方法将76例肺心病患者随机分成治疗组和对照组，每组各38例，两组常规综合治疗相同，治疗组在综合治疗基础上加用参麦、痰热清注射液。结果治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组，P〈0．05。结论参麦、痰热清注射液联合治疗肺心痛能明显提高临床疗效，安全且无副作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of Shenmai zhusheye combined with Tanreqing zhusheye in treatment of pulmonary heart disease. Methods Seventy-six patients were randomly divided into normal control group and treatment group with 38 member in each. Complex therapy was used in both normal control and treatment group routinely, while daily,Shenmai zhusheye combined with Tanreqing zhusheye were added in treatment group,P<0.05.
