不同手术方式治疗小脑出血的临床对比研究

目的 探讨不同手术方式治疗小脑出血的临床疗效.方法 入选我院2010年至2012年采用手术治疗的62例自发性小脑出血患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各31例,观察组予以颅后窝开颅血肿清除术,对照组予以小脑减压术疗法,比较两组的临床效果及术后并发情况.结果 观察组的临床总有效率显著高于对照组（87.10％ vs.61.29％）;观察组术后出现颅内感染2例（6.45％）,切口感染1例（3.23％）,未见脑脊液漏、皮下积液或假性囊肿等严重并发症,显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 自发性小脑出血患者予以颅后窝开颅血肿清除术,临床效果确切,并发症少,尽早手术治疗有利于提高疗效和改善预后.

Clinical comparative study on different surgical methods for treatment of cerebellar hemorrhage

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of different surgical methods for treatment of cerebellar hemorrhage.Methods 62 patients with spontaneous cerebellar hemorrhage were randomly divided into 2 groups with 31 cases in each group.Observation group was given posterior fossa hematoma evacuation,while control group was given cerebellar decompression.Clinical effect and postoperative complications of the 2 groups were compared.Results Clinical effective rate of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group （87.10％ vs 61.29％）; 2 cases （6.45％） of intracranial infection and 1 case （3.23％） of incision infection occurred in observation group and no severe complications like leakage of cerebrospinal fluid,subcutaneous hydrops and false cyst were found in observation group （compared with control group,P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion Posterior fossa hematoma evacuation for treatment of spontaneous cerebellar hemorrhage has accurate clinical effect and few complications.Early surgical treatment can improve clinical effect and prognosis.
