炎琥宁辅助治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的临床研究

目的 探讨炎琥宁辅助治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的临床疗效,为临床推广做出指导.方法 选择我院儿科门诊及儿保门诊2012年10月至2013年3月诊治的152例上呼吸道感染患儿为研究对象,根据就诊顺序将其完全随机分为两组.对照组患儿在常规治疗的基础上给予利巴韦林抗病毒治疗,治疗组患儿在常规治疗的基础上给予炎琥宁治疗,对比观察两组患儿的临床治疗效果.结果 （1）治疗组患儿治疗后的优良率为98.68％（75/76）,明显高于对照组的73.68％（56/76）,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;（2）治疗组患儿治疗后的临床症状消失时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;（3）两组患儿治疗后均未出现明显的肝、肾功能损害等严重不良反应.结论 炎琥宁辅助治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的临床疗效显著,其能较快缓解患儿的临床症状,该治疗方案值得临床广泛推广.

Clinical research on Yanhuning in the adjuvant treatment of children with upper respiratory tract infection

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of Yanhuning in the adjuvant treatment of children with upper respiratory tract infection,which made guidance for clinical treatment.Methods 152 patients admitted to our hospital from October 2012 to March 2013 were divided into control group （given ribavirin based on conventional treatment） and treatment group （given Yanhuning based on conventional treatment）,the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared.Results ① The excellent rate of treatment group （98.68％） was higher than that of control group （73.68％）,the difference was statistically significant （P ＜ 0.05）; ② The clinical symptoms disappeared time of treatment group was shorter than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant （P ＜ 0.05）; ③ Children of both groups didn＇ t show obvious liver and kidney dysfunction.Conclusion Yanhuning has a significant effect in the adjuvant treatment of children with upper respiratory tract infection,which is worthy of clinical wide promotion.
