| 摘 要： | 目的探讨多层螺旋CT血管造影在主动脉夹层诊断中的临床应用价值。方法对22例临床诊断或怀疑主动脉夹层者进行CT平扫及血管造影,利用多种后处理技术对主动脉进行重建并分析。结果本组22例均确诊为主动脉夹层。DeKakey分型：Ⅰ型8例,Ⅱ型9例,Ⅲ型5例;破裂口定位：16例源图像上有显示破口,6例多平面重建（MPR）上有显示主动脉夹层的破口。结论多层螺旋CT血管造影对主动脉夹层的检出率及诊断率高,并具有强大的后处理功能,在主动脉夹层诊断中有积极的临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical significance of multislice spiral CT angiography(MSCTA)for diagnosis of aortic dissection.Methods MSCTA for chest and abdomen nonenhanced scanning and enhanced scanning was performed in 22 patients and the data were studied by image post processing including MPR,SSD,MIP and VR.Results There are 7 normal persons,13 patients with aortic dissection,2 with Marfan Syndrome.The location,extent of dissecting aneurysm and important branches were satisfactorily showed in all patients.... |
