| 摘 要： | 目的探讨自发荧光支气管镜（AFI）检查对肺癌支气管重建术中的定位意义。方法利用AFI特异的肿瘤光谱结合活体标本活检检查。结果 AFI特异的肿瘤光谱结合活体标本活检检查,敏感性100%,特异性96%。结论 AFI特异的肿瘤光谱检查结合活体标本活检能很好定位需手术切除支气管肺癌的范围。 |
