| 摘 要： | 目的通过分析我院痰培养阳性的初、复治肺结核病人的耐药情况,了解住院病人耐药结核病的耐药特点,为治疗方案提供建议,指导临床医生合理用药。方法将86例痰培养阳性的肺结核患者根据痰培养送检时点是否接受过结核药物治疗分成：A组49例（从未进行抗结核治疗或治疗小于1个月）,B组37例（接受抗结核治疗1个月或超过1个月的患者）,分别统计其对HRES的耐药情况。结果 B组较A组耐药率明显升高。结论 1.耐药结核病是与结核病治疗不当相关的人为的问题。2.如果不严格执行DOTS,耐药和耐多药结核病将会增加。 |
