| 摘 要： | 目的分析视交叉胶质瘤的MRI表现,探讨其在诊断中的价值。资料与方法搜集经手术病理证实的12例视交叉胶质瘤患者资料。12例均行MRI平扫加增强扫描。结果 12例MRI表现为鞍上占位,在T1WI上表现为稍低或等低混杂信号,T2WI上表现为高或稍高混杂信号;增强扫描,6例可见明显均匀强化,6例轻度到中度不均匀强化。可见囊变,未见钙化、出血以及瘤周水肿。梗阻性脑积水5例;累及单侧视神经4例,表现为视神经梭形增粗;视束水肿样变3例,1例沿视束通路呈连续条状分布,2例沿视束呈不连续结节状分布,在T2WI上均表现为沿视束分布上高信号,增强扫描未见强化。结论 MRI表现对视交叉胶质瘤的诊断有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the MRI features of optic chiasmtic gliomas and discuss the value of MRI in the diagnosis of optic chiasmtic gliomas.Materials and Methods Twelve cases(8 males and 4 females,age 4-59 with a mean of 20.9 years old) of optic chiasmtic gliomas confirmed by operation and pathology were retrospectively analyzed.Plain and enhanced MRI scan were performed in all of cases.Results All the tumors were located in suprasellar region.On plain MRI,the lesions were manifested as iso-,hypo-,or iso/ hypo ... |
