手术室术后器械处理流程再造的效果评价

目的 探讨手术室术后器械处理流程再造的效果.方法 成立流程再造小组,2010年1月～6月手术器械〈由手术室护士处理为传统流程组.2010年7月～12月手术器械由供应室护士处理为流程再造组.比较两组手术器械清洗质量及手术医生对手术器械性能的满意度.结果 流程再造后清洗质量、手术室器械使用满意度明显高于流程再造前,两组比较有显著性差异（P＜0.05）.结论 流程再造后能确保术后器械的清洁质量,促进器械清洗质量专业化,最大限度降低手术室器械造成的医院感染,提高手术室工作质量和效率,提高手术医生对手术器械性能的满意度.
