| 摘 要： | 目的：观察黄芪注射液合复方丹参注射液为主治疗肺心病的临床疗效。方法：45例肺心病患者在常规治疗基础上加用黄芪注射液合复方丹参注射液静脉滴注治疗，并根据辨证分型用中药千金苇茎汤加减。结果：显效24例，好转18例，无效3例。结论：黄芪注射液、复方丹参注射液有补气行滞、活血化瘀、攻补兼施的作用，对提高肺心病的疗效有确切效果。 |

| Abstract: | ve: To observed the curative effect of Astragali Injection and Compound Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection (AISI) for Pul-monary heart disease(PHD). Methods: On the basis of routine treatment, AISI and Qianjin Weijing Tang modified according to syndrome differ-entiation were given to 45 cases of PHD. Results: 24 cases were markedly effective, 18 cases improved and 3 cases ineffective. Conclusion: AISI can invigorate qi , relieve stagnation, activate blod circulation and re-move blood - stasis. It exerts both tonifying and pathogenic factor elimi-nating effects and possesses definite effect for PHD. |
