| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经桡动脉路径行冠状动脉造影的可行性和安全性。方法回顾性分析280例患者经桡动脉路径冠状动脉造影术患者的临床资料。结果269例获得成功,11例穿刺失败。所有病例无严重并发症发生。结论经桡动脉路径行冠状动脉造影具有术后不须严格卧床,创伤小,止血容易,并发症少的优点,操作成功率高,临床应用安全。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evalute the safety and feasibility of transradial cononary angiography.Methods Clinical data of 280 cases undergoing transradial approach coronary angiography were retrospectively analysed.Results Two hundred and sixty-nine cases were successfully treated and 11 cases failed the intervention.No severe complication occurred in all cases.Conclusion Transradial approach coronary angiography does not result in lying in bed after operation,with small trauma and easiness in stop bleeding and less complications as well as high success rates. |
