| 摘 要： | 目的探讨全程规范化护理干预对冠心病患者预后的影响。方法 86例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各43例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施全程规范化护理干预。比较2组的预后。结果观察组在实施全程规范化护理干预后仍存在吸烟、饮酒、高脂饮食、不当运动等不良生活方式的比例为18.6%明显低于对照组的53.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程规范化护理干预可明显减少冠心病急性发作的危险因素,有效遏制冠心病的再发,延缓病情,对提高冠心病患者的生活质量有重要意义。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the influence of whole course standardized nursing intervention on the prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease（CHD）.Methods 86 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,43 cases of each.The control group was given traditional nursing,while the observation group based on the control group was given the whole course standardized nursing intervention.The prognosis of 2 groups was observed.Results The percentage of those who still had bad lifestyle,such as smoking,drinking,doing wrong sports,and so on,was 18.6% in the observation group,which was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The whole course standardized nursing intervention can remarkablely reduce the dangerous factors of acute onset of CHD,so as to restrain the recurrence of CHD,which is of important significance for improve the life quality of patients which CHD. |
