依达拉奉联合奥扎格雷治疗急性脑梗死40例疗效观察

目的观察依达拉奉联合奥扎格雷治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将120例急性脑梗死患者根据所用治疗药物随机分为奥扎格雷组、依达拉奉组及联合治疗组,每组40例,疗程均为14d。观察3组疗效及C反应蛋白(CRP)水平。结果联合治疗组总有效率为95.0%高于奥扎格雷组的72.5%和依达拉奉组的77.5%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),后2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后3组的血清CRP水平均显著降低(P<0.05),且联合治疗组CRP水平低于奥扎格雷组和依达拉奉组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),后2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论依达拉奉联合奥扎格雷治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

The effect observation of edaravone combined with ozagrel in acute cerebral infarction

Objective To observe the clinical effect of edaravone combined with ozagrel in acute cerebral infarction.Methods 120 cases patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into ozagrel group,edaravone group and combination group,each of 40 cases,the course of treatment was 14d.Observed the clinical effect and the level of C reactive protein（CRP） of three groups.Results The effective rate of combination group（95.0%） was higher than that of ozagrel group（72.5%） and edaravone group（77.5%）,the difference had statistically significant（P0.05）;The effective rate of ozagrel group compared to edaravone group,the different was no significant（P0.05）.After therapy,the level of CRP of all three groups were decreased significantly（P0.05）;And the level of CRP of combination group were lower than that of ozagrel group and edaravone group,the difference were statistically significant（P0.05）;Compared ozagrel group and edaravone group,the different was no significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Edaravone combined with ozagrel in acute cerebral infarction has a good effect.
