| 摘 要： | 目的比较咪康唑乳膏和特比奈芬乳膏治疗足癣的临床疗效和安全性。方法将足癣患者80例随机分成咪康唑组40例和特比奈芬组40例,分别用咪康唑乳膏和特比奈芬乳膏涂于患部,每天2次,疗程4周。结果咪康唑组和特比奈芬组总有效率分别为95.0%和97.5%,2组临床疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。咪康唑组发生1例不良反应,特比奈苏组无不良反应发生。结论咪康唑乳膏和特比奈芬乳膏治疗足癣有相似的临床疗效及安全性。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the efficacy and safely of miconazole cream and terbimafine cream in tinea pedis.Methods 80 cases patients with tinea pedis were randomly divided into miconazole group（40 cases）and terbinafine group（40 cases）,respectively were treated with miconazole cream and terbinafine cream,2 times a day,treated 4 weeks.Results The total effective rate of miconazole group and terbinafine group respectively were 95.0% and 97.5%,there was no significant differences（P0.05）.Miconazole group had 1 case of adverse reaction,terbinafine group was no adverse reaction.ConclusionMiconazole cream is effective and safely in treating tinea pedis,and has almost the same efficacy and safely as terbinafine cream. |
