| 摘 要： | 目的了解本院中药注射剂不良反应(ADR)发生情况、特点及规律,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对本院2009年1月-2010年6月收集的167例中药注射剂ADR报告进行回顾性统计和分析。结果本组ADR共涉及18个中药注射剂,累及9个系统/器官,≥60岁的老年患者ADR发生率最高为37.72%,严重ADR共7例(4.19%)。结论应重视中药注射剂ADR的报告和监测工作,严格遵循中药注射剂临床使用基本原则,保障患者用药安全,促进临床合理用药。

| Abstract: | Objective To learn the occurrence,characteristic and regular of adverse drug reaction（ADR） associated with Chinese medicine injection（CMI）,in order to supply references for clinical rational drug use.Methods 167 ADR reports in our hospital during January 2009 to June 2010 were statistically and retrospectively analyzed.Results In this group,18 CMI were involved,and 9 systems or organs were involved.People above 60 years old had the highest ADR incidence rate,that was 37.72%;7 cases（4.19%） happened severe ADR.Conclusion It is important to pay attention to ADR report and monitoring,as well as follow closely to the basic principle of CMI use,and make sure that the drug is used safely,so as to improve the clinical rational drug use. |
