| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肺癌患者的肺功能改变。方法通过对126例肺癌患者的肺功能进行检测,并与84例健康人进行对照。结果肺癌患者的肺通气及弥散功能指标明显低于正常,与对照组相比有显著性差异。结论肺癌患者存在肺功能的减退,肺癌患者手术前或化疗前应常规检测肺功能,以便确定最佳治疗方案。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the change of lung function with lung cancer.Methods Lung function was tested on 126 cases of lung cancer and 84 normal controls.Results There was significant difference in ventilation function and diffusing capacity between lung cancer group and control group.Conclusions The lung function decreases in the patients with lung cancer.The lung function might be detected in the patients with lung cancer before operation and chemotherapy. |
