| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察顺铂、5 -氟脲嘧啶 (DF)方案化学治疗合并放射治疗食管癌的疗效。方法 :12 7例Ⅱ -Ⅳ期食管癌患者 ,随机分为两组 ,一组为单纯放射治疗 (单放组 62例 ) ,另一组为DF方案化学治疗合并放射治疗 (综合组 65例 )。结果 :综合组、单放组 ,完全缓解率为 5 2 3%和 33 9% (P <0 0 5 ) ;1、3、5年生存率分别为 73 3%、46 2 %、2 7 7%和 5 8 1% (P >0 0 5 )、2 9 0 % (P <0 0 5 )、9 7% (P <0 0 1) ;局部复发率为 2 3 1%和 41 9% (P <0 0 5 ) ;远处转移率为 7 7%和 2 1 0 % (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :化学治疗合并放射治疗可以提高食管癌的疗效

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the therapeutic effectiveness of treating esophageal carcinoma with chemotherapy (using DDP, 5-Fu, DF) plus radiotherapy.Methods: 127 esophageal carcinoma patients were divided into two groups at random, one was treated with radiotherapy (only radiotherapy group, 62 patients),the other treated with chemotherapy plus radiotherapy using DF(combined group, 65 patients).Results: Complete remission rates of combined group and only radiotherapy group were 52.3% and 33.9% ( P <0 05) respectively;Survival rates of 1,3,5 years were 73.3%,46.2%,27.7% and 58.1%( P >0 05),29 0%( P <0 05),9 7%( P <0 05) respectively; Local recurrence rates were 23.1% and 41.9%( P <0 05); The distant metastasis rates were 7.7% and 21.0%( P <0 05).Conclusion: The therapeutic effectiveness had been raised by using chemotherapy plus radiotherapy to treat esophageal carcinoma |
