中西医结合治疗子宫内膜异位免疫性不孕的可行性

目的调查中西医结合疗法对子宫内膜异位免疫性不孕的可行性。方法对照组（n=43）均予以西医治疗,治疗组（n=76）在西医治疗的基础上加用中医疗法,治疗6个月后评估疗效。结果对照组治愈17例（39.53%）,治疗组治愈48例（63.16%）,两组的治愈率差异（P〈0.05）;两组的不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论中西医结合疗法是治疗子宫内膜异位免疫性不孕的有效方法,值得临床推广。

The feasibility of Chinese traditional combine with western medicine in the treatment of Endometriosis immune infertility

Objective To investigate the feasibility of Chinese traditional combine with western medi cine in the treatment of Endometriosis immune infertility. Methods The control group （ n = 43 ） recevied west ern medicine and the treatment group （ n = 76） recevied Chinese traditional combine with western medicine. The clinical effects were measured after 6 months. Results The cure rate of the control group was 39.53% and was 63. 16% of the treatment group. There was significant different cure rate between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no significant different adverse reaction rate between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclu sion Chinese traditional combine with western medicine is effective in the treatment of Endometriosis immune infertility.
