导乐仪在分娩镇痛中的临床观察

目的观察导乐仪在分娩镇痛中的效果。方法选择本院在2012年9月至2013年2月收治746例采用无痛分娩的产妇,分别采用导乐仪（导乐仪组,n=247）,笑气（笑气组,n=315）和纯导乐（纯导乐组,n=184）镇痛,然后观察三组产妇的镇痛效果。结果导乐仪组和笑气组的镇痛效果显著地优于纯导乐组的镇痛效果,导乐仪组和笑气组的镇痛效果无显著地差异,而且导乐仪组和笑气组的活跃期时间,阴道顺产率和产后2 h出血量都显著地优于纯导乐组的产妇。三组新生儿Apgar评分无显著地差异。结论导乐仪在分娩镇痛中具有良好的效果,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical efficacy of Daoleyi in painless delivery

Objective To observed the clinical efficacy of Daoleyi in painless delivery. Methods Observation the efficacy of Daoleyi （ Daoleyi group, n = 247 ） or nitrous oxide inhalation （ Nitrous oxide group, n = 315）, or pure Doula （pure Daole group, n = 184） for 746 puerperas in our hospital from September 2012 to February 2013. Results The analgesic effect in Daoleyi and nitrous oxide groups was significantly bet ter than that in pure Daole group, but they did not significantly different each other. Moreover, active phase, vaginal birth rate, and blood loss 2 h after postpartum in Daoleyi and nitrous oxide groups were significantly bet ter than those in pure Daole group. There were no significant differences in Apgar among the three groups. Con clusion Daoleyi in painless delivery has a better efficacy and less untoward effect. It is worthy to be popular ized.
