| 摘 要： | 目的：制定糖复康胶囊的质量标准。方法：采用薄层扫描法（TLCS）测定样品中黄芪甲苷的含量。结果：测得3批样品中黄芪甲含量分别为0．2018／粒、0．2228／粒、0．1925／粒，样品回收率为97．39％，最大变异系数RSD为1．48％，结论：本方法准确、灵敏、重现性好，是测定本制剂中黄芪甲苷的较理想方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: Setting quality standard of Tangfukang capsules. Methods: Detect the astragaloside in sample by TLCS. Results: The results are 0.201 8 mg/capsule、0.222 8 mg/capsule and 0.192 5 mg/capsule respectively. The recovery is 97.39% and the largest RSD is 1.48%. Conclusion: This method is accurate, sensitive and specific. It is a better method for the determination of astragaloside in sample. |
