摘    要:以感染旋毛虫小鼠肌肉组织切片作抗原,用间接免疫过氧化物酶染色法检测64份感染旋毛虫小鼠血清抗体,阳性63份(98.4%)。10份正常小鼠血清和感染微小膜壳绦虫、日本血吸虫、猪蛔虫小鼠血清各10份,均阴性。结果表明,此法检测旋毛虫抗体具有较高的敏感性和特异性,可用于旋毛虫病的诊断和流行病学调查。

Abstract:By indirect immunoperoxidase test, we used skeletal musle section of mice infected with Trichinella spiralis as antigen to measure antibodies in the sera of mice of trichinosis, the positive rate was 98.4% ( 63/64 ) . Comparatively, all were negative in mice infected with Hymenolepis nana, Schistosoma ja-ponicum or Ascaris summ, 10 Cases respectively. Ten cases of normal mice sera control were negative, too. The results show that the method provides a high sensitivity as well as specificity for measuring anti-T. spiralis antibodies. It can be used in the diagnosis and epidemiologicl investigation of trichinosis.
