| 摘 要： | Observation was made on a control study of thetherapeutic efficacy of the choleretic mixture in treat-ing 35 cases of infantile hapatitis syndrome in com-parison with that of the choleretic decoction.Theages,duration of the disease,severity of icterus andserum bilirubin level in both groups were comparable.The results showed that there was no significant dif.ference in therapeutic efficacy between the twogroups,however,the resolving time of skin icteruswas faster in the cholerefic mixture group than in thecholeretic decoction group.The choleretic mixturewas convenient,easy to store,and acceptable to in-fants for its small dosage,and no side effects,there-fore,a desirable drug against infantile hepatitissyndrome.
