颅脑创伤100例临床治疗分析

目的：观察高压氧治疗方法对颅脑创伤的临床治疗疗效。方法：选取近期收治的颅脑创伤患者100例,分为对照组和实验组,对照组采取常规治疗方法,实验组在常规治疗的基础上采取高压氧治疗,观察两组患者治疗疗效以及对GCS评分的影响。结果：与对照组相比,实验组患者治疗的总有效率明显增加（P〈0.05）,患者治疗后GCS评分增高（P〈0.05）。结论：高压氧治疗方法可以改善颅脑创伤患者的GCS评分,提高治疗疗效,对提高患者的生活质量有着很重要的作用。

Clinical analysis of 100 cases of patients with traumatic brain injury

Objective： To observe the efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of traumatic brain injury.Methods： 100 cases of patients with traumatic brain injury were divided into control group and experiment group,conventional treat-ment was used in two groups,and hyperbaric oxygen was added in the experiment group.The efficacy in the two groups and the effects on GCS score were observed.Results： Compared with the control group,the total effective rate increased significantly（P〈0.05） and GCS score increased（P〈0.05） after treatment in the experiment group.Conclusion： Hyperbaric oxygen therapy can improve the GCS score,curative efficacy and the quality of life for patients with traumatic brain injury.
