经尿道电切联合膀胱灌注表柔比星治疗腺性膀胱炎67例报道

目的探讨经尿道电切联合术后膀胱内灌注表柔比星治疗腺性膀胱炎的疗效。方法对67例腺性膀胱炎患者行经尿道电切术，术后1周开始进行膀胱灌注化疗：表柔比星50mg＋生理盐水40mL，每周1次，共8次。结果67例患者随访6～24个月，治愈45例（67-2％），好转19例（28．3％），无效3例（4．5％），4例（6．0％）复发。结论经尿道电切联合膀胱灌注表柔比星治疗腺性膀胱炎有效可行，值得临床推广应用。

Transurethral Electroresection Combined with Epirubici Intravesical Irrigation for the Treatment of Cystitis Glandttlaris（Report of 67 Cases）

Objective To investigate the efficacy of transurethral electroresection combined with epirubici intravesical irrigation for the treatment of cystitis glandularis. Methods Sixty seven cases of patients with cystitis glandularis were treated with transurethral electroresection. Epirubici were given by irrigation of bladder after operation,once per week for 8 weeks. Results The 67 cases were followed up for 6 to24 months after treatment.45 patients were cured, 19 patients＇symptoms were relieved,3 cases had recurrence. Conclusion Tranurethral electroreseetion combined with bladder instillation of epirubici results in better clinical outcomes in treating cystitis glandular.
