| 摘 要： | 目的观察中西药结合治疗药物性鼻炎的疗效。方法回顾性分析84例临床诊断为药物性鼻炎予鼻用糖皮质激素、复方丹参片及三磷酸腺苷片中西药结合治疗的患者临床资料。结果 84例患者中,痊愈59例(70.24%),好转17例(20.24%),无效8例(9.52%),总有效率为90.48%。结论中西药结合治疗药物性鼻炎疗效佳,且具有简便易行、无毒副作用、无创伤的优点。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of combination therapy with traditional Chinese and western medicines on drug - induced rhinitis. Methods The clinical data of 84 patients with drug - induced rhinitis were analyzed retrospectively. All the patients received a combination therapy with traditional Chinese and western medicines, composed of intranasal corticosteroids, Danshen tablets and triphosadenine. Results Among 84 patients, 59 were cured （70.24%） ; 17 were on the mend （20.24%） ; and 8 showed no ineffective treatment （9.52%）. The total effective rate was 90.48%. Con- clusion The combination therapy with traditional Chinese and western medicines has a good curative effect on drug - induced rhinitis, and proves to be convenient, safe and noninvasive. |
